I have never been one to take supplements because I have never been able to tell any difference in how I felt. I have been on a cholesterol medication for about five years and they have brought my numbers down, but my total cholestrol is still above 210. Well interesting enough after using OmegaRx for five months my total cholesterol reading was 175! I have also lost about 14lbs. but that is probably because I am going to a gym. Maybe the OmegaRx is helping in that aspect too. I am pleased with the results I'm having with the OmegaRx and will continue to use this product
