I started the diet to get my cholesterol under control. I've been very strict for 4 months and I've been taking your fish oil and your Cholesterol Support product. I lost some weight, too, and about an inch in the waist but I wasn't overweight. I'm 6' 1" tall and 54 years old.
Here's the before and after:
April 5, 2007: 178 lbs, Total Cholesterol=220, Triglycerides=203, HDL=34, LDL=145
August 2, 2007: 168 lbs, Total Cholesterol=168, Triglycerides=59, HDL=43, LDL=113
Change; Weight -10 lbs, Total Cholesterol -24%, Triglycerides -71%, HDL +25%, LDL-22%
I'm very, very pleased with these results and I will continue the diet and supplements.
