Medical courses begin in Miami
The future of medicine may rest upon understanding the interaction of nutrients in our diet with our genes. Starting in 2008, Dr. Sears will be holding three Anti-Inflammatory Medicine courses based on the latest breaking research on the role of diet and omega-3 fatty acids in reducing inflammation and altering gene expression.

Dr. Carol Johnston, chairwoman of the Department of Nutrition at Arizona State University, will be co-presenter at these courses.
