Pregnancy

Last Updated Jul 2008

Q: I am 35, and I cannot get pregnant (all seems to be right, with my husband and me). Doctors tell me that it is "stress". I am in the Zone and feeling great. Any suggestions?

A: I would recommend increasing your fish oil consumption to at least 5 grams of EPA and DHA per day. It will not only allow you to handle stress more effectively (by increasing serotonin binding) but also improve the complex process of fertilization.
