I just wanted to thank you for providing such an informative Web site. I have been following the Zone Diet for approximately five years and have been recommending it to everyone. I had an accident and had to have a couple of jaw surgeries and was not eating right for a long time. My cholesterol is up, and I am carrying extra fat around the middle. I am thrilled to be back on the Zone. (I feel my middle shrinking already). Your Web site has been helpful in getting me back into the Zone mode. Thank you.
